OFFICIAL RULES — REWARD REDEMPTION

1. NOT A SWEEPSTAKES; NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

The RainAwards Program is a rewards program. Rewards are earned by completing partner offers that the advertiser confirms; nothing is awarded by chance. No purchase or payment to RainAwards is ever required. Some partner offers involve a purchase or trial with the advertiser; completing any offer is voluntary.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and a resident of a country where the Program is offered and not prohibited.

Employees, officers, contractors and agents of the operator and of its advertisers, offer networks, traffic partners and fulfillment providers, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

We may verify your age, identity and residence before fulfilling a claim. If you cannot or will not complete verification, the claim will be denied.

3. EARNING REWARDS

The reward structure shown on your reward page applies to you. An offer counts once per person, and only after the advertiser confirms that you completed it. Completions that are reversed, charged back or flagged as invalid do not count.

4. CLAIM LIMITS

Each reward on your reward page may be claimed once.

You may not use more than one email address, device or identity to earn or claim additional rewards.

We may limit rewards per household (people who share a mailing address, payment method, device or internet connection), and may refuse claims that appear to come from the same person or household.

5. VERIFICATION STEPS

Every claim goes through these steps, in order, on your claim page:

(a) Email verification: enter the 6-digit code we email you. Codes are valid for 15 minutes.

(b) Verification waiting period: your claim is held for a fraud-verification period of up to 30 days, starting when your email is verified. The period that applies to your claim is shown on your claim page.

(c) Acceptance of these Official Rules at their current version. If we revise them, you must accept the new version to continue an open claim.

(d) Tax information, where required (Section 8).

(e) A physical letter, where required for your reward. The letter must include your full legal name, the email address used for the claim, and the claim ID shown on your claim page, and must be mailed to the address below. Letters missing any of these items will not be accepted; you may send a new one. Allow up to 10 business days for a letter to be received and processed.

6. FULFILLMENT

After every required step is complete and verified, rewards are fulfilled within thirty (30) days as a digital gift card or code sent to the email address used for the claim.

Reward values are stated in U.S. dollars. Where a value is shown with another currency symbol, the reward is fulfilled at its U.S. dollar value or as an equivalent gift card available in your country, at our choice. We may substitute a reward of equal or greater value if a brand is unavailable.

Codes are single-use. Tell us within 7 days of delivery if a code does not work. We are not responsible for codes that are lost, stolen or used after delivery to your email address.

7. REVERSALS AND FRAUD

We may deny, cancel or reverse any claim, and recover the value of a reward already fulfilled, if an underlying offer completion is reversed, charged back or flagged as invalid by the advertiser, or if we reasonably believe the claim involves fraud, false information, multiple identities, automation, a VPN or proxy that hides your real location, or any other breach of these Official Rules or the Terms of Service. Our decisions are final.

8. TAXES

You are responsible for all taxes on rewards. If you are a U.S. person and a reward, or your rewards in a calendar year, total $600 or more, you must provide your full legal name, Taxpayer Identification Number (SSN or ITIN) and mailing address before fulfillment, and you may receive IRS Form 1099-MISC. Non-U.S. persons may be asked for IRS Form W-8BEN or other documents. Tax ID numbers are encrypted and used only for tax reporting and fraud prevention. Claims without required tax information will not be fulfilled.

9. PUBLICITY

We will not publish your name, city or likeness in connection with a reward without your separate consent.

10. THIRD-PARTY OFFERS

The operator does not endorse, warrant or guarantee any partner offer. Your use of a partner offer is governed by the advertiser's terms, and the operator is not responsible for disputes with advertisers.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the operator and its members, managers, employees, contractors and agents from liability arising out of your participation in the Program or your use of any reward. The limitation of liability in the Terms of Service applies.

12. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

Disputes are resolved under the arbitration agreement and class-action waiver in Section 17 of the Terms of Service, and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware as provided in Section 18.

13. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

14. CHANGES

We may revise these Official Rules at any time by posting a new version. A revision applies from the time it is posted; to continue an open claim you must accept the revised version.
